Idle Shut Off Valve, 30/31, 30 Pict 2 and 34 PDSIT-2 Carburetors, 058-129-413D Is the valve on the side of the carburetor that provides air to the idle circuit. This valve closes when the key is off preventing Run on. If it doesn't open you won't idle! Is the valve on the side of the carburetor that provides air to the idle circuit.
