It fits 1961 to 1977 Standard Beetle, 1971 to 1979 Super Beetle, 1961 to 1974 Karmann Ghia, 1960 to 1971 Type 2 (Bus), 1962 to 1973 Type 3 (Notchback, Squareback, Fastback), and 1973 to 1974 Thing models. This washer helps lock the gland nut in position and prevent it from loosening due to vibration in the rotating assembly. Sold individually.
