Door Handle with Keys, 1960-64 1/2 Beetle, Brazilian, Each, 113-837-205C fit to Vin 5 888 184. The key turns 180 degrees to lock and un-lock, and the backside of handle does NOT have the paddle that is used on later (1964 1/2-66) models. For reference, the inches Paddle inches is directly in line with the key mechanism, it's gold in color.
Both 1960-1964 1/2 and 1964 1/2-1966 door handles look identical on the outside, but they are functionally different with the door lock mechanisms, so make sure you check your doors! Sometimes previous owners have changed doors without telling you!

1964 1/2-1966 handles have a flipper paddle on the inside (that is NOT there on the 1960-64 1/2 handles) which raises and lowers the door latch mechanism for the lock funtionality.

This handle uses 2 mounting screws, and does NOT have the Locking Paddle that is used on the 1964 1/2-66 handles.
