These universal vent window wing locks from EMPI are a cheap and easy solution to broken stock window locks. The locks are made of stainless steel and come with two small rubber patches for mounting. Taking only a few minutes to install, these locks slip over the existing vent wing glass with the rubber between the two. A slide on the inside of the window prevents it from being opened from the outside. These universal locks work for all VW models with vent wings.

This regulator fits 1968 VW Beetles after the regulator change in mid 1968 up until 1974. You need to check your Beetle's window regulator to verify which model will fit.
